The Team
All activities at Noble Ridge are managed by our General Manager, Lynette Sahara. Have questions about our Wine Shop, winery administration or vineyard practices? Ask Lynette! She will either know the answer immediately or know how to get it!Vineyard
Our vineyard team works very hard to achieve the exacting viticultural standards set out for them. Kaye, Pat and Lynette play an essential role in the production of superior quality grapes ideal for the production of excellent wines. They are ably assisted by our consultant (and sage!), George Wilson. We are firmly of the belief that great wines are made in the vineyard and it is the hard work of our dedicated team which has allowed us to achieve the success we have.

Winery
We are very fortunate to have Phil Soo as our consulting winemaker. Phil so ably oversees all winery activities including assessing the grapes with Lynette, Jim & Leslie several times through the spring and summer, monitoring the readiness of the grapes during harvest and of course all activities actually taking place within the winery throughout the year. Phil is assisted by our dedicated cellar workers, David and Carrie.
Wine Shop
And we cannot forget the cheerful, smiling faces that you encounter “behind the counter” in our Wine Shop. During the summer we have had the good fortune to have two wonderful students pouring Noble Ridge wine, Chris and Jennifer. They are supported by Leann and Mary; Lynette and Leslie also look forward to getting behind the counter as often as possible and sharing wine news and perspectives with our customers.
If you would like to visit our Wine Shop outside regular hours, please call. If we are around, we are usually more than happy to open the shop for you.
