Our Pinot Noir grapes thrive in our Okanagan Falls location. For this vintage, the grapes underwent a cold soak before fermenting on their skins. After spending time sur lees, it was aged in French barrels. This Pinot Noir boasts of spice and cherry and black currants with subtle hints of anise and vanilla. This Pinot Noir will benefit from further aging in your cellar or decant at your table this evening.




Meritage 2005 Meritage 2006

After aging in French and American oak for 14 months, this wine was aged in the bottle for one year. Aromas of raspberry, cranberry and black currant are balanced with flavours of dark cherry and black currant layered with hints of tobacco, leather, spice and vanilla. This wine has great mouth feel, silky tannins and a long finish.


White Wines

Mingle 2009
This white wine is whole cluster pressed, cool fermented in stainless steel where the fermentation was stopped to preserve the essence of the Pinot Gris grape. This wine features wonderful honey aromas complemented by peach, apple and tropical flavours. Citrus and passionfruit are present in the long finish. Enjoy this wine while mingling with friends!


Chardonnay 2008
Chardonnay 2008
Our Chardonnay grapes were hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, cool fermented in stainless steel and then spent 14 months in French and American oak barrels. Rich apple, pear, honeydew and vanilla flavours merge with a hint of cinnamon. It is full bodied with a creamy and rich texture balanced with great acidity. Enjoy!



 
Pinot Grigio 2008 Pinot Grigio 2008
Our Pinot Grigio is cool fermented in stainless steel to capture its wonderful fruit flavours, and then lightly oaked to complement the fruit. A honey aroma complements the flavours of pineapple, lemon, pear and honey with a pleasant mineral finish.
