Grigio 2009
Our
Pinot Grigio is whole cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel to
capture its clean fruit flavour and then spends a brief time in French
Oak. A sweet aroma introduces flavours of pear, citrus and
passionfruit with grassy and vanilla undertones. A wonderful
match with Asian dishes, seafood and salads.

Mingle 2010
This white wine blend is whole cluster pressed, cool
fermented in stainless steel where the fermentation was stopped to
preserve the essence and sweetness of the grapes. This wine features
wonderful honey aromas complemented by peach, apple and tropical
flavours. Citrus and passionfruit are present in the long finish. Enjoy
this wine while mingling with friends!

Chardonnay
2009
Our Chardonnay grapes were hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and then spent 14 months in
French and American oak barrels. Rich apple, pear, honeydew and vanilla flavours merge with a hint of cinnamon. It is full-bodied with a creamy and rich texture balanced with great acidity. Perfect with grilled, roasted or sauteed full-flavoured dishes, lobster, sea bass, chicken and dishes with cream, butter sauces.

Pinot
Noir 2007
Our Pinot Noir grapes thrive in our Okanagan Falls location. For this
vintage, the grapes underwent a cold soak before fermenting on their
skins. After spending time sur lees, it was aged in French barrels.
This Pinot Noir boasts of spice and cherry and black currants with
subtle hints of anise and vanilla. This Pinot Noir will benefit from
further aging in your cellar or decant at your table this evening.

Meritage
2008
Our Estate Bottled Meritage continues to demonstrate the high standards set in previous vintages. This wine was aged in French and American oak barrels and is a blend of predominantly Merlot grapes with some Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Estate Bottled Meritage exhibits flavours of blackberry and dark fruit with hints of black pepper, vanilla and cocoa. Enjoy with your meat dishes as well as with chocolate!

Meritage Reserve
2008
Our Meritage - Reserve is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, all from our own Okanagan Falls vineyard. This wine spent 15 months in 75% French and 25% American oak barrels. Blueberry, blackberry and dark cherry aromas introduce plum, black cherry and spice flavours with a hint of leather, cedar and vanilla. The wonderful structure of this Meritage is supported by rich, pleasant tannins. Try pairing with your favourite beef dishes or complete your meal with this wine and strong cheeses and/or dark chocolate.

“The One” 2009 Sparkling
“The One” is a 2009 vintage sparkling, made in the classic French style from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It exhibits classic bready, biscuit-like aromas complemented by a hint of minerality and clean, refreshing citrus and strawberry flavours on the palate. The effervescence of the wine cleanses the palate beautifully.
