Red Wines

Pinot Noir 2004Pinot Noir 2006

This location shares many geographic and climatic characteristics with Burgundy, France. Because of this and the specific growing practices employed with what can be a “finicky”grape, our Pinot Noir is thriving. The resulting wine is characterized by a strong ruby colour, not common in Pinot Noir. Wonderful fruit aroma and earthy, plumy flavours combine with delicate yet distinct structure and complexity in this Pinot Noir.

Meritage 2005

Lower grape yields in 2005 resulted in intense dark cherry and raspberry flavours layered with hints of smoke and tobacco. Distinct tannins enhanced through barrel aging in both French and American oak, provide structure to this full bodied yet smooth wine. Enjoy our % Merlot,     % Cabernet Sauvignon Bordeaux style blend now or cellar for at least 5 years.

White Wines

Chardonnay 2006
Our Chardonnay has been barrel fermented for 9 months in French and American oak, with “sur lie” aging with lees stirred regularly. This wine is dry and full bodied, with aromas and flavours of peach, melon, fig and caramel. A dry steely finish and firm texture make this wine an ideal match with food.

Pinot Grigio 2007
Our Pinot Grigio is cool fermented in stainless steel to capture its wonderful fruit flavours, and then lightly oaked to complement the fruit. Notes of passionfruit  and pineapple are evident with a balanced finish, light honey and vanilla on the aftertaste.
