Shipping Times

We aim to have your wine delivered as soon as possible, although delivery times depend on the location of your delivery, the date the order was received and weather conditions.
Our goal is to have your wine delivered to you within a one week time frame from when the order was received. Rural and remote delivery locations may encounter a longer time frame.
All orders are shipped on Wednesdays and are delivered Monday through Friday.
Orders are shipped via ATS Healthcare, which provides climate-controlled shipping year round.
Our shipping boxes are in 6 and 12 bottle increments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is always free on 12 bottles purchases for our Wine Club Members - a great reason to join the club. Shipping on 18 bottles is free for non-members. Otherwise, our shipping fees are as follows:

BC – $25 for one case

AB/SK/ - $35 for one case

MB – $50 for one case

ON/QC/Maritimes – $60 for one case

Yukon, NWT & Nunavut – $60 (shipping charges may be modified, at Noble Ridges discretion, to rural provinces and territories)

On particularly large orders or orders being shipped to rural areas, additional shipping fees may be required.

Age Disclaimer

Wine may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are at least 19 years of age. By placing an order, you validate that you and the person who accepts the delivery will be 19 years of age or older.

All packages containing wine must be signed for upon delivery by an adult of 19 years of age or older.

Other

We do not offer international shipping.

Noble Ridge is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, re-routed or re-shipped wines.

Noble Ridge is not responsible for delays in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Noble Ridge reserves the right to delay/cancel shipments to rural areas if the integrity of the wine may be compromised due to weather. While we usually ship with ATS who provides climate controlled trucks and warehousing, we do occasionally have to send via Canada Post to rural/remote areas, and they – unfortunately - don’t offer climate-controlled shipping. You will be notified promptly if there is a weather concern with your shipment.

We take pride in each bottle of wine we send you. If the wine is damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with our product, please send your concerns to shipping@nobleridge.com.
