Return/Refund policy

We will accept returns on any bottle of wine that is flawed or damaged. We request that the damaged or flawed bottle is returned to the winery prior to issuing the refund. By law, we are unable to accept returns on alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

We are unable to accept returns on bottles that were ordered in error by the customer. If you have accidentally place an order that you do not wish to receive, you must contact the winery prior to delivery. If the wine has already left the winery with the shipping company before the order is cancelled, the customer may be required to cover the cost of shipping.

Please email Wineshop@nobleridge.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.

Once the wine is received we will refund your card account for the cost of the wine and shipping. In cases of customer error, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total.
