And about our excellent wine and food culture. All 76 participating Canadian wineries are there representing Nova Scotia, Ontario and British Columbia. Graze through a coast-to-coast menu that includes Nova Scotia-style pan-fried oysters, Canadian bison tataki, wild BC prawns, salmon, and, of course, Nanaimo bar bites!
