Join Noble Ridge and Stag’s Hollow for a five-course progressive dinner experience, featuring the delicious food of Chef Chris Van Hooydonk from Backyard Farm, paired with both wineries’ wines. Your evening will begin with a shuttle pickup, which will deliver you to Stag’s Hollow for a sparkling reception and the first two courses overlooking the Hollow. You will then be transported to Noble Ridge, overlooking Vaseux Lake and its wetlands for the main course and dessert. Enjoy dining with the winery owners in intimate settings at each winery.
