2013 King's Ransom Pinot Noir
An explosion of fruit, cherry, fresh plum and cranberry notes are highlighted by a subtle herbaceous undertone. 16 Months spent in French Oak barrel enhances notes of vanilla and cocoa on the palate. This bold Pinot Noir is rich with structure and tannin. It will age gracefully for 5-7 years.

De-stemmed, crushed and cold soaked for 5 days, then fermented between 22 and 25 degree Celsius. The wine spent
16 months in 100% French oak barrels (50% new oak)
