2015 Library Reserve Pinot Noir
Noble Ridge is an estate vineyard and winery located in the Okanagan Valley. All work is done by hand, onsite by a dedicated team who strive to create exceptional wine that reflects its noble namesake. Grown using a Geneva Double Curtain trellis system, our Reserve Pinot Noir is a beautiful representation of the diversity of our land. We are one of the only wineries in the valley to utilize the GDC system for Pinot Noir. The unique style, depth and complexity truly shine in this stunning vintage.
This bold and deeply complex Pinot Noir delivers many layers in both aroma and flavor. Rich black cherry and anise aromas are enhanced by a subtle earthiness. The palate follows with notes of blueberry jam, caramel and cherry cola carrying through a
long lingering finish.
