A classic Blanc de Blancs nose of green apple, lemon, and toasted nuts, with pronounced autolytic character of brioche and toast. There's a real purity to the fruit, leading to a precise, textured palate with a finessed, creamy mousse that's backed by excellent fruit concentration. Very good length.
