Pale yellow colour with green tinges and fine bubbles that form a regular cordon. Intense nose, where toasty and smoky notes emerge along with butter, yeast and apples. Sustained effervescence in a fresh, light-bodied wine with a vegetal character. Good balance with persistent, tart notes.
