This sparkling wine is a crowd pleaser. It is fun, friendly, and delights the taste buds with a harmonious fruit and acid balance. It is perfect for celebration and will pair beautifully with brunch. I recommend Eggs Benedict with grilled ham and champagne hollandaise sauce made using this bubbly, sprinkle with smoked paprika and serve with crispy potato onion hash.

The Fizzy One is a sparkling frizzante made as only a BC sparkler could be, with 62 percent kerner from Tappen in the Shuswap Valley, and 38 percent pinot gris out of Oliver in the Okanagan Valley. The nose is a riot of flower blossoms and fruit that spills onto an off-dry palate of gooseberries, pears, and candied apples. So fresh and enticing, this is a fun sipping breakfast bubble, or you could serve it with spicy appetizers before dinner.

A perfect breakfast, brunch or anytime wine that’s a tongue in cheek salute and counterpoint to their perennial sparkling flagship The One. This light-hearted, frivolous frizzante (a 60/40 blend of Pinot Gris and Viognier) positively percolates with festive froth and a bonanza of bubbles. Up-front ripe stonefruit and citrus with a burst of white peach and pear on the off-dry palate through a clean, refreshing finish. The pretty copper colour comes from Pinot Gris skin contact. Crown cap and picnic primed! Perfect for cold cuts, maple-smoked bacon and milk chocolate!
